Who hasn't heard of vibrating mascara by now? It seems as if many companies are jumping on the bandwagon. This newest beauty innovation is something that has been intriquing me. After hearing of Maybelline coming out with a budget friendly vibrating mascara I thought to myself "why not?". I ran off to eBay and scored two of these mascaras for a mere $12.99 shipped! As soon as my package arrived I tore into the envelope, ripped open the package and went to playing. I do have to admit the feeling of the mascara wand vibrating on my lashes is a bit odd. But the lengthing results are truly astounding! The trick to vibrating mascara application is the speed in which you apply it. You must be very slow during the application. I also found that it is best to build up your lashes while they are still wet. If you wait until your lashes are dry before applying another coat you get clumpy and spidery lashes. Very Tammy Baker-esque. Not a look I like to go for. The mascara lengthens very well but does not provide that much volume. I think I may try using a volume mascara first then apply this baby afterwards. I will update later when I make an attempt. Later!
